With a business degree in Marketing and Management from Loyola Marymount University, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and international business studies at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, she brings a strategic, data-driven, and globally informed perspective to real estate.

Broker, Licensed in OR & WA

Beth is a Licensed Broker in Oregon and Washington who has been serving the Portland area real estate market since 2004. A lifelong Portlander, she offers clients an insider’s understanding of local neighborhoods paired with a steady, thoughtful approach to buying and selling.

As a co-founder of a team ranked among the top 1% of Portland brokers, Beth has consistently brought her deep local knowledge and steady approach to over 600 transactions totaling $285 million in closed sales volume. Her listings consistently perform above market averages, with a median of 9 days on market and an average list-to-sale price ratio of 101%.

Beth is proud to have built her business almost entirely through long-term relationships. Shawna Wyllie
Operations Manager

Shawna is relatively new to the real estate industry but has always had a passion for homes, interior decor, and building community. She received her BA in Theater Performance from Whitworth University and, after graduation, worked as an actor & marketing/PR director for a small ensemble theater company. She’s had a dynamic career with roles in customer service, internal communications, order fulfillment, and, most recently, project management.

In 2019, Shawna earned her Project Management certificate from Oregon State University while working on the marketing team at a materials innovation start-up in Silicon Valley. While there, Shawna collaborated on every type of marketing effort imaginable—even producing a mainstage TED Talk from start to finish. Now with the Bridge to Portland Group, Shawna is all about tapping into her natural ability to organize & execute in order to help the team shine.

Shawna has lived in Portland for over 10 years and considers herself an Oregonian at this point. In her personal time, she loves to read, play board games, and watch Jeopardy! She’s also an avid supporter of women’s soccer and cheers for the Portland Thorns and the US Women’s National Team.
