Beth Benner
Broker, Licensed in OR & WA

Beth has collaborated on over 500 transactions in her career as a Licensed Broker in Oregon and Washington. In both 2023 and 2024, she earned a spot among the REAL Producers Top 100 producing agents in Portland out of more than 8,000 licensed brokers and she has also maintained her status in the top 5% of all Oregon brokers for eight consecutive years.

Beth is proud to have cultivated her client base on the referrals of the many happy homeowners she’s worked with over the years and through professional relationships with lawyers, conservators, and fiduciaries. She deeply cares about each of her clients and approaches her job as a long-term commitment, aiming to help them make the best investment. Beth is also a local real estate investor, leveraging her expertise and knowledge of the market to make sound investment decisions.

She is a lifelong Portlander and has volunteered with Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels delivery, SW Portland Little League, and serves as an elementary school classroom volunteer. Beth is a devoted mom to three active kids and in her free time, she loves hiking, reading, traveling, wine tasting, and cheering for the Portland Thorns

Sharon Marciniak (Bloudek), MBA
Principal Broker, Licensed in OR

Sharon is a Licensed Principal Broker in Oregon who has been in the real estate industry since 2007. With a Business Degree in Marketing/Management from Loyola Marymount University, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and international business studies at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, Sharon brings a strategic and diverse perspective to her role.

Leading a top team at Real Broker in Portland alongside Beth Benner, Sharon has earned recognition in the top 1% of the RMLS and is a long-time member of PMAR's Masters Circle Diamond Platinum Level.

Sharon’s integrity, expertise, and commitment to excellence are what make her stand out. She has served more than 500 homeowners over the years, leveraging her strong industry relationships and dedication to her clients to deliver exceptional results. Sharon is also an active participant in the local real estate investment scene, using her comprehensive market knowledge to inform her investment decisions.

Originally from Southern California, Sharon has called Portland home for 21 years. Beyond her real estate career, she has served as a Board Member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest, has a passion for pickleball, basketball, and softball, and enjoys a fulfilling family life with her three children.

Shawna Wyllie
Operations Manager

Shawna is relatively new to the real estate industry but has always had a passion for homes, interior decor, and building community. She received her BA in Theater Performance from Whitworth University and, after graduation, worked as an actor & marketing/PR director for a small ensemble theater company. She’s had a dynamic career with roles in customer service, internal communications, order fulfillment, and, most recently, project management.

In 2019, Shawna earned her Project Management certificate from Oregon State University while working on the marketing team at a materials innovation start-up in Silicon Valley. While there, Shawna collaborated on every type of marketing effort imaginable—even producing a mainstage TED Talk from start to finish. Now with the Bridge to Portland Group, Shawna is all about tapping into her natural ability to organize & execute in order to help the team shine.

Shawna has lived in Portland for over 10 years and considers herself an Oregonian at this point. In her personal time, she loves to read, play board games, and watch Jeopardy! She’s also an avid supporter of women’s soccer and cheers for the Portland Thorns and the US Women’s National Team.
